Fairly clean hotel in an interesting building just next door to a rain forest, Munnar @ Chandy Windy Woods Resort and sightseeing. Excellent and beautiful location in stunning nature, good breakfast. 5 minutes walk to Pipeline view point. Would recommend to all.

Hospitable and special place with incredibly nice staff who really went out of their way to provide you best customer service. Amazing and beautiful location close to nature, easy to get around.

Beds were a little firm.

Comfortable bed, best bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the room. Easy enough to find, in the middle of Munnar. And near to all attractions, sightseeing and Kochi.

The restaurant decor is charming, with dark wood furniture and peach-colored walls. The elevators offer a delightful view of the landscape. The activities and excellent service make for a truly luxurious experience.

The only downside was the lack of variety for food options.

The staff was dedicated and decent - I would love to go back. The place was special and fairly clean. The location was lovely for traveling around Munnar, short walk to a cascading slope of a tea estate, the nature and artificially created waterfall and chirping of birds. I ate in the outdoor restaurant nearby. There were nicely furnished and brand-new rooms with a balcony view, great views. No matter the issue the staff were ready to help.

They have a great selection of meals to choose from, the food is outstanding.

this hotel was unique, with excellant service and perfect location in the foothills of munnar. location: the property was really close to the tea gardens and activities like trekking, towel design lesson, cooking lesson and cycling. i ate at the outdoor restaurant near the hotel.

The hotel is situated in an impeccably beautiful area, high above Munnar in the tea estates, with a balcony view over tea plantations to the distant mountains. The location on top of a mountain overlooking a beautiful valley is truly breathtaking. The rooms are well maintained with nice furniture and offer a very clear view of the Munnar Hills. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel is simply amazing, with a large spread and stunning views all around.

Everything was absolutely perfect.

The service was good, including a smooth check-in. The room was modern, neat with comfortable bed. The hotel was located in the middle of the city.

Had a great time during my Xmas break at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled among lush green tea plantations with breathtaking views of the valley. The food served was exceptionally delicious and had generous portions. , the staff was very helpful and cordial throughout my stay.

One thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi connectivity, which was a bit patchy at times. However, since I was there to relax and enjoy the outdoors, it didn't bother me much.

We had a fantastic stay at this venue during our vacation, and they even had free parking available for guests; this place is a great choice if you want to visit the power house waterfalls nearby.
